Taking into account the size of your equipment park and the need for technical support, we will select the best option for you, allowing you to:
- reduce the cost of purchasing and maintaining tools and repair facilities,
- eliminate the cost of planning maintenance and keeping records,
- get the opportunity to plan repair work in advance based on up-to-date data on the state of equipment.
OPTIONS FOR CONCLUDING A COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
- On lease through Cat Financial (financial division of Caterpillar), together with the acquisition of new equipment
- Independent contract for a range of services for service support, spare parts, consumables
CONTRACT FOR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE INCLUDES CONDITION MONITORING
This is a comprehensive assessment of the condition of equipment using various tools and tools to ensure a high level of availability and reduce the cost of owning and operating equipment.
TECHNICAL CONDITION MONITORING INCLUDES:
- Remote Equipment Monitoring System - Cat® Product LinkTM
- Regular Cat® S • O • SSM analysis of service fluids
- Equipment inspection: visual inspection with measurement of cycle speed
- Providing recommendations for scheduled maintenance, operation and efficient use of your equipment
